Once a Cat Sitter has confirmed their availability for a Cat Boarding Session, they honor their commitment. 

In rare cases, if they have a medical emergency or a family bereavement, they request a reallocation of a Cat Sitter. Pawland takes complete responsibility to ensure smooth transition. 

It almost has never happened but if there is a No-Show, you are protected by Pawland’s Reservation Policy. We will strive hard to provide you with the most suitable replacement. If you are still unsatisfied, we assure a 100% money back guarantee. No questions asked.

For all our Cat Sitting and Cat Boarding Sessions, our Cat Sitters share a truckload of photo and video updates. 

As a standard practice, we specifically ensure to send text, photo and. or video updates of food intake, cat litter change, water top-up, and other specific requested info by the cat parent. The reasons could range from oral medicine administration to pics of poo in case of diarrhea. 

We truly understand your bond with your cat so don’t worry. You’ll always be constantly updated on your cat’s routine & well being.

Upon booking confirmation, prior to the service, we take the details of your preferred veterinarian / clinic / hospital.

We also request you for the details of a standby emergency contact person. This person must be authorized by you to take decisions on your behalf, in case you aren’t reachable.

 In cases of emergencies, we’d request you to transfer a mutually decided amount. Pawland Team would step-in to handle the logistics & other formalities at the vet clinic / hospital including payments.

All invoices and payment receipts shall be shared with you which includes the taxi charges. The reminder of the transferred amount shall be credited back to your bank account post deducting 3% payment gateway transaction charges.

Most of our clients park the balance with us as they avail regular Cat Sitting & Cat Boarding services from us. This will certainly avoid deductions and save you money. 

In case your emergency contact or you aren’t reachable, we’ll make the upfront payment at the clinic. We’ll be raising an invoice for the same along with the evidence of vet clinic / hospital, taxi invoices.

Any expense arising out of the decision taken by Pawland Team in order to provide emergency care to the pet, shall be obliged. A full payment shall be done without contesting the justification of such decisions.
