Our In-Home Dog Boarding services extend to all hours of the day and night, so you don’t have to worry about your dog. Just book this service for the duration you require, and our dog sitter will be prompt in ensuring your dog will be cared for just like you do!

Whether it be cognitive, behavioural, or biological needs, our dog sitters are skilled in handling your dog. Pawland is an all-inclusive community that provides services for all types of dogs.

Yes, we take in only the best. Before onboarding, all our dog sitters go through a rigorous background verification procedure. In addition to this, during the onboarding process, all our dog sitters are trained on the quality and safety standards of Pawland.

Yes, you definitely do! We believe that you know your dog the best, and who better than you to identify the right dog sitter. 

We involve you in the process from the start by giving you three profiles to choose from. On top of this, we set up a face-to-face Meet & Greet session so that you can specify your dog’s needs. 

Booking an in-home dog boarding service has never been easier! Just follow these easy steps: 

  • Fill out our enquiry form so that we can generate a suitable quote for your service and find the right sitter for you
  • We’ll get back with three profiles of dog sitters in and around your area, and you get to choose the ideal one for you
  • After this, we’ll arrange a Meet & Greet session so that you, your dog sitter, and your dog can also get to know each other before the service starts
  • From here on out, it’s all care and love for your dog

We recommend booking 24 hours in advance so that our team can allocate the best dog sitter profiles for you. This will give you and our team the time to work together on booking the right dog sitter. You can even video call and interact with the list of dog sitters beforehand. 

If in case a 24 hour advance booking cannot be made and you require a dog sitter immediately, please allow us a minimum of 6 hours. We request your cooperation during this time. 

Throughout the duration of the service, you and your dog are covered by the Pawland Guarantee and Reservation Protection Policy.

Although we can assure you that our dog sitters will never go wrong with you or your dog, there may be an instance where you are unhappy. In such a case, you can reach out to us and raise a request for another dog sitter. 

We will make arrangements immediately and ensure the process is as smooth as possible. 

We know that you’ll definitely miss your dog while you’re out and about. To satisfy your heart, our dog sitter will send you regular photo/video updates throughout the duration of the in-home dog boarding service. 

Our dog sitters are trained in handling emergency situations as well as any medical needs your dogs may have during the course of their stay with us. If first-aid care will not suffice, our dog sitters will make the necessary arrangements to get your dog to the nearest medical facility. 

Before all these arrangements are made, our dog sitters will reach out to you and your emergency contact to determine the best course of action for your dog. If you are not available, the dog sitter will decide how to move forward. 

They’ll take care of the associated expenses as well and raise an invoice for the same. Generally, we collect money for this upfront before the service starts, and return remaining money. 

We request your cooperation and obligeance to the decision-making process of our dog sitters in the case of any emergencies. 

If you want to visit the home of the dog sitter beforehand to understand the environment your dog will be in, you can reach out to us and request for a session to meet the dog sitter at their place. 

We understand your concerns when it comes to boarding your dog elsewhere and have got you covered. 

When you book in-home dog boarding services with us, you can specify the duration you need to leave your dog at our dog sitter’s place. You can board your dog at our sitter’s house for as long as the booking service is for, and can extend it if the need arises.
