If you have a pet sitter service booked with us but need to reschedule, just let us know! You can reach out to our team and they will do what’s necessary to cancel your existing booking and make a new one.
Please note that this will depend on the availability of pet sitters. Depending on how far away from the scheduled booking you cancel, there may be associated charges. Our team will let you know if you will have to pay any charges when you contact us for rescheduling.

- Step 1. When you get on the page of your selected service, fill in the start and end date that you require our pet sitter services for. After this, you will get a free quote of the service you have requested.
- Step 2. On the booking form, make sure you provide all the information associated with taking care of your pet(s). Our team will go over all of this and your specific requirements to identify the three best pet sitters from our strong network.
- Step 3. You will then have the chance to go over the requirements and determine which pet sitter is for you and your pet. To help you with this, we let you discuss with each pet sitter over call.
- Step 4. After you have narrowed in on the pet sitter, we will set up a Meet & Greet Session for you, your pet, and the pet sitter to discuss.
- Step 5. When the service begins, the pet sitter will make sure to take care of your pet just as they would their own.

- Put all things your pet sitter will need such as pet food, cleaning products, and more in an accessible location.
- Have a Meet & Greet session to get your pet sitter and the pet acquainted with each other.
If you have availed an in-home pet boarding service, the pet sitter will take care of your pet from their house. In this case, you will not have to prepare your home. You just have to make sure that all the necessary information is relayed to the pet sitter so that they can take care of your pet just right from their residence.
The Meet & Greet session we set up is an essential part of ensuring your pet is cared for in the right way when you are away. The following are some of the things you may discuss with the pet sitter:

- Pet supplies that are safe for using around your pet
- Medical information relevant to your pet such as medications or medical conditions they have
- Emergency contact information
- Medical contact information/veterinarian information

Yes, our pet sitters are all highly trained in providing emergency care for pets. They do not take care of the medical course of actions, however they will provide comfort and support to your pet till they reach a medical facility that can help them.
Pet sitters will make sure to contact you if an emergency arises. If you are not available, they will reach out to your emergency contact. If the both of you do not respond, then pet sitters will take action on their own in the best interest of your pet.
If the emergency is very severe, then pet sitters will use their judgement to determine how to handle your pet the best. Any charges associated with this will be deducted from the amount of money that is collected from customers upfront for such occurrences. The remaining amount will be returned back to you.
However, if the charges incurred exceed the collected amount, then pet sitters will raise an invoice for this. You can make the payment for the same when the final payments are being settled.
We request your cooperation in understanding that any action taken by the pet sitter themselves is in the best interest of your pet’s maximum safety.

We request our customers to book at least 24 hours in advance. While this is the minimum amount of time required to make a booking, it’s always best to book the moment you know you’ll have to avail pet sitter services.
