In the rare instance a pet sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, we’ve got your back. Every booking made through Pawland includes reservation protection. Here’s what that means:

We’ll help make up the difference.

You’ll receive a full refund if your booking is cancelled by your pet sitter within seven days of the service start date (or within 7 days of the service start date for recognized holidays in the UAE).

We’ll also give you Pawland credit to put towards the cost of a replacement booking.
