Booking with Pawland can be done in a few simple steps.

  • Step 1 - Fill out the super fun enquiry form. This form will have all the basic questions that we need to understand your requirements and your dog better. After the form is filled, our team will get back to you in minutes via Email or Whatsapp based on your preference.
  • Step 2 - With your input, we will curate a list of suitable dog sitters that match your dog’s needs. You get to choose your preferred dog sitter to look after your dog at their place.
  • Step 3 - After the booking and payment are done, we will arrange a Meet and Greet session with your chosen dog sitter. You can get to know them during this session and get to know more about them, as well as how they will interact with your dog.

If you have any other questions you can reach out to the Pawland Team, and we will resolve any issues that you have.

Before the session, our dog sitters will discuss whether you are comfortable with your dog being socialised with other dogs. If yes, our dog sitters will allow the same during walks. However, if you do not want your dog to interact with other dogs for health or safety reasons, we respect that. Our dog sitters will take note of this and ensure a safe stay. You’ll be glad to know that your dog and you are covered by the Pawland Guarantee throughout the service. 

It is recommended that you provide the assigned dog sitter with the following details
