Booking is really easy when you choose Pawland. You just need to follow these steps:
- Step 1. Fill out the simple enquiry form. It will collect all the basic information needed to look after your dog. This will be useful for our team to understand more about your requirements.
- Step 2. Our team will review the requirements you have given, and the profiles of three dog sitters will be sent to you via Email or Whatsapp. Also, you’ll get a free quote of the service you have requested for. This should give you a good understanding of how our services are priced.
- Step 3. After you receive three dog sitter profiles, you can go through them and determine which one is right for you and your dog(s). We’ll then go ahead and schedule a Meet & Greet session with you, your dog, and the dog sitter you’ve selected. You can use this time to elaborate on how your dog is to be cared for.
- Step 4. From this point forward, our dog sitters will have it covered. You won’t have to worry! You will also receive regular photo and video updates.
If your dog ever has an emergency during the course of the booked service, our dog sitters will do everything to get them to the vet as soon as possible. This will ensure they get the necessary care.
The dog sitter will keep your dog comfortable and safe till they get to the vet. All associated expenses will be deducted from the money you pay upfront for this. Otherwise, dog sitters will raise an invoice for the same and the payment can be made after the service.
