Booking a cat sitter with Pawland is really easy! Just follow the steps you see below: 

  1. Book our services and fill out the enquiry form. You will have to jot down all the essential information related to caring for your cat. If you have more than one cat, then you can mention this, as well as their unique care requirements! 
  2. You will receive a quote of the service you have requested, as well as the profiles of three of the best cat sitters suitable for your requirements. 
  3. From these three profiles, you can go ahead and identify the one you feel will best suit your requirements. Our team will then arrange a Meet & Greet session for you, the cat sitter, and your cat to all get on the same page. 

The cat sitter will visit your place, or you can drop your cat off at their house if it’s an in-home cat boarding service. From here on out, it’s all care and love for your cat.

Pawland takes in professional cat sitters by putting them through a rigorous and extensive background check. During this check, their training, experience levels, and hands-on skills with cats are all assessed. 

Only after passing all the checks will cat sitters be welcomed onto our team. We make sure only the best are brought on, so that you get the best!

During this process, they are taught about the community guidelines they will have to follow to ensure maximum safety for all involved. 

Yes, you can leave as many cats with our cat sitters. They are all trained in handling multiple cats at once. We know that requires a certain level of skill that our cat sitters are sure to have. 

Please specify the requirements and needs of each cat so that the cat sitter can provide personalised care and one-on-one attention to them when required. All of this will be collected in the booking form when you first choose our services!

Every single one of our cat sitters is trustworthy and safe! They all adhere to our Community Guidelines! 

If the cat sitter cannot get to you by the scheduled time, they will reach out to you and tell you how long they will be delayed by. If they won’t be able to make it due to emergencies, they’ll inform us.

We’ll immediately work to find you an alternative. If things don’t go as planned, we will give you your money back as we have a 100% money back guarantee. Your booking will be covered by the Reservation Protection Policy.



Our cat sitters are all trained professionals who know how to handle emergency situations. While they will not be medically intervening, they will do what’s necessary to get your cat to their designated vet in the UAE.

From your home to the vet’s office, your cat will be kept safe and comfortable by the cat sitter. The cat sitter will also do what’s necessary to cover the financials associated with the process of handling during medical emergencies. 

At Pawland, we generally collect money upfront for such processes. Any expenses are deducted from this amount, and the remaining will be returned back to you. For any additional costs, we will raise an invoice and the payment can be made towards the end of the service when final settlements are being taken care of.

Cat sitter visits in the UAE last for as long as you book the service for. When you book our cat sitter services, the booking form will take down the duration you need it for. 

Cat sitters available for that period will be identified and allotted for your service. If you need to extend the requested service, you can raise a request for this as well. Our team will reach out to you and discuss the same.

If you have availed Live-In Cat Sitter Services or Drop-In Visit Services, you can request the cat sitter to do basic things around the house such as watering your plants, bringing the mail/newspaper in, dusting places, etc. 

Please take note that while we entertain such requests, they will be done on a chargeable basis. If you have any specific things that need to be taken care of, just mention it beforehand for our team to review. 

Our cat sitters will make sure it's taken care of!

Yes, you can! If your plans take longer than you expected or if you just want your cat to be cuddled by our cat sitter for more time, then reach out to us and raise a request for an extension. 

Our team will then check the availability of your current cat sitter. If they are available, then they will be able to continue caring for your cat. If not, then another professional and reliable cat sitter will be assigned for your cat. 

We are prompt in taking action and ensure that your cat never misses out on the care they deserve. Just keep us posted and allow us enough time to ensure you are given only the best experience.
