You can book any of our services in Dubai, both sitting and in-home boarding for cats, by giving us just a 24 hour heads up. While this is the minimum amount of time we need, it’s always better to think ahead and book weeks or even months before the service begins. 

This will ensure you get the right cat sitter to look after your cat at their residence. You can also use this time to understand more about how the cat sitter will interact with your cat during the service.

We understand that as a cat parent you’ll want to know where your cat is staying. We’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat sitter at their residence so that you can look around and understand how safe your cat will be.

Rest assured that cat sitters all use pet-friendly products around your cat at all times. They will make sure their house is safe for your cat before the service. 

We’ll also have you know that cat sitters sanitise their homes before each service. This makes for a clean, hygienic, and safe stay for your cat(s). Your cat and you will also be protected by the Pawland Guarantee.

If you want to book any of Pawland’s services for cats, it’s simple! Just follow the steps you see below:

• Step 1. When you book our services, the first thing you’ll have to do is fill out the enquiry form. Here, we’ll gather the information needed to take care of your cat. We request that you provide us with elaborate and clear information so that the cat sitter can follow it accordingly.
• Step 2. The Pawland Team will then go over the information you have provided and find three cat sitters that are suitable for you. You’ll get this, as well as a free quote of the service you have requested through Email or Whatsapp.
• Step 3. From the three cat sitter profiles, you can find the one you feel is right for you. We’ll set up a Meet & Greet session, and you can go over how you want your cat to be cared for in detail with the cat sitter. You can also request to meet the cat sitter at their residence to get familiar with where your cat will be staying during the in-home cat boarding service in Dubai.
• Step 4. Our cat sitters will take care of your cat the way you want them to. Throughout the service, you will get regular photo and video updates.
