Booking a dog sitting service with Pawland is as easy as pie! Just follow these three simple steps:

- We’ll give you a set of dog sitter profiles so you can choose the dog sitter that best suits your requirements
After payment and booking confirmation, a dog sitter will visit your home for a Meet & Greet session. This session will give you and the dog sitter time to understand your dog and their care requirements before the service begins.
All we need from you are the inputs that you provide on the Customer Onboarding form. This will take information on where dog food & treats are stored at home, door access info, vaccination records, details of your vet clinic, and more. From this point forward, our dog sitters will take care of the rest.
The max we need from you is a 24 hour notice. This gives us time to find the best dog sitter near you.
In the case that you give us a shorter notice, the team will be on the job to assign a dog sitter as soon as possible.
Our Pawland dog sitters are verified and on-boarded only after an extensive background check is conducted. Our services are offered by top tier dog sitters that make it through the stringent process.
All our dog sitters undergo a comprehensive boarding process, and are compliant with quality & safety standards. Not to mention, each dog sitter at Pawland has an innate passion for animals. There’s no doubt that you’ll get the best dog sitting experience.
A typical daytime dog visit lasts between 3-8 hours. Anything beyond this is considered a full-day session. Sessions can also extend overnight, and come under our overnight dog sitting packages.
After you’ve completed the booking form, we will match you with the top three suitable sitters (from a pool of 350+ dog care professionals located across the UAE) that fit your requirements.
You can interact with these dog sitters through a video call, and then make an informed decision on the ideal one for you. If you’d like to re-book a dog sitter that you’ve had a positive experience with, we’ll check their availability for you!
Our dog sitters can identify health issues such as digestive problems, respiratory conditions, dermatological conditions, and more.
You’ll immediately be notified and contacted to decide what’s best for your dog. If required, the Pawland team will ensure your dog is taken to an emergency clinic or hospital on time. Our dog sitters are trained in administering oral medications prescribed by vets.
Dog sitting during drop-in visits or a live-in dog sitter arrangement is when the dog sitter stays over at your place with your dog. On the other hand, in-home dog boarding is when you send your dog over to our dog sitter's house to be taken care of when you're away.
Regardless of the option you choose, our dog sitters ensure your dog has a great time!
Our dog sitters perform the following when sitting your dog:
