Booking a cat sitting service with Pawland is easy! Just follow these three simple steps: 

1. Fill out an enquiry form and we’ll get back to you with a quote of your requested service in just a matter of minutes via Email/Whatsapp
2. You’ll receive a set of cat sitter profiles so you can choose the cat sitter that best suits your requirements

After payment and booking confirmation, a cat sitter will visit your home for a Meet & Greet session. This session will give you and the cat sitter time to understand your pet and their care requirements before the service begins

After you submit your booking form, the Pawland Team will match you with the three best cat sitters that suit your requirements. These cat sitters will be selected from a curated pool of over 250+ cat care professionals situated across the UAE. 

After we share these profiles, you get to choose the ideal one for you. The requested cat sitter will visit your home to interact with and understand your cat better. Through this process, cat sitters and cat parents can be in sync on specific requirements.

Before onboarding, Pawland conducts a strict and extensive background check on all cat sitters. After approval, pet sitters go through a detailed onboarding process to ensure they uphold our quality standards.

The majority of our cat sitters have a decade’s worth of experience handling different breeds of cats. You can also rest assured in knowing that your cat is covered by the Pawland Guarantee.

As a standard practice at Pawland, all cat sitters arrive well in advance. In the event that there are unexpected delays, our cat sitters will be prompt to inform you of the same. 

Although this is a rare occurrence, we request your understanding for a seamless cat sitting experience.

To ensure you get the best cat sitter for your cat’s needs, we require a 24 hour notice. 

If you request a cat sitter short of a 24 hour notice, we’ll do our best to find a cat sitter. However, we can’t guarantee the immediate allocation of a cat sitter.

Our cat sitters visits tend to range between 1 - 8 hours long. If you have requested a service for longer than this duration, we will charge for an entire day. 

You can also choose to opt for our overnight cat sitting service if you’re away.

The frequency of cat sitting visits required will depend on your requirements. If you’re away for an entire day, two visits during the day is advised to ensure they receive clean and fresh food/water on time.

If you had a positive experience with one of our cat sitters in the past, you can raise a request for their service again. We will evaluate their availability and do our best to assign them to you again.

You are assured of timely services with Pawland Cat Sitters as per the scheduled cat sitting Sessions. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as unexpected traffic or unforeseeable road accidents, which may cause a delay in the cat sitter's arrival.

In such cases, our cat sitters will keep you continuously updated and informed on the situation. While this situation is rare, we kindly request your cooperation and understanding if it does occur.

Rest assured, we will do everything we can to make sure your cat's needs are still met, even if there is a small delay in our arrival.

All you need to do to prepare is provide detailed responses on the customer onboarding form so that we have all the information required to care for your cat. On top of this, we also request you provide the original vaccination booklet of your cat in case we need to visit a vet’s clinic/hospital.
